Understand the requirements and pain points, define the scope and confirm priorities before building. Consultation is included in both recurring services and the Launch Pack.
Build and roll out together
Develop, test and implement the agreed tools with timely client inputs and approvals. Training and handover follow the agreed proposal; changes to scope and timelines are confirmed in writing.
Keep access with your company
Your company retains administrative access to the development account and its files throughout the engagement. Each completed tool and its source code are handed over upon completion.
Continue with agreed support
Ongoing care covers the systems and support allowance agreed at onboarding. Launch Pack clients can move directly to Automation Support after completion.
