  • ¹ Daily development capacity excludes Sundays and holidays. Daily slots, the 4–5 hour allocation and full-day duration are agreed at onboarding.
  • Older-system support is within agreed coverage, not unlimited additional capacity.
  • New DME/MIS engagements have an initial 3-month commitment. Work follows agreed priorities within plan capacity; extra requirements move to the next available slot or an agreed upgrade.
  • Applicable GST and third-party subscriptions or usage charges are extra for all services. Quarterly and yearly prices are totals for those billing periods.
  • WhatsApp, SMS and other external integrations are quoted separately. Integration development and setup charges are additional to service or package prices, as are provider subscriptions and usage charges.

Only agreed tools are included. Your proposal confirms the final tool list, milestones, client inputs, acceptance criteria and included support period. Daily development-hour allocations do not apply. Routine daily MIS operations are included only if expressly specified.

01 / Billing

Company details

Share your company’s legal name, billing address, GSTIN if applicable, and billing contact details.

02 / Branding

Company logo

Provide a clear, high-resolution logo. We use it to select brand colors and include it in PDFs or other documents wherever required within agreed scope.

03 / Access

Dedicated Workspace account

Create a separate development account under your company domain. Arrange secure team access; do not share passwords in the WhatsApp group. Authorized company administrators retain administrative control.

04 / Coordination

One authorized coordinator

Appoint a coordinator to join the project WhatsApp group, consolidate requirements, provide inputs and confirm priorities and approvals for your company.

All tools are developed within your company’s Google Workspace domain. You retain administrative access to the development account and its files throughout the engagement. Each completed tool and its source code are handed over upon completion, so access stays with you during development and after delivery.

Payments, commitment & renewal

Recurring plans: payable in advance for the selected billing period. New DME/MIS engagements have an initial 3-month commitment. Work follows agreed priorities within plan capacity; additional requirements move to the next available slot or an agreed upgrade.

Launch Pack: ₹1,51,000 in one upfront payment for the complete agreed package. The selected 3 or 6-month period is an implementation timeline, not a recurring billing term.

Renewal notice: changes, pauses and cancellations to recurring plans must be confirmed at least one month before renewal. Prepaid-period adjustments are specified in the proposal.

Overdue payments: further work may pause after written notice. Support after cancellation or the included support period is paid unless covered by an agreed warranty. All developed or rolled-out systems remain accessible.

Scope, changes & delivery timelines

Launch Pack scope: work follows the agreed tool list and milestones. Added tools, major scope changes or an accelerated schedule require a separate quotation and written agreement. Package pauses, cancellations and payment adjustments are specified in the proposal.

Client inputs: delivery depends on timely access, data, approvals and participation. Delays may require revised dates for affected work. Changes to scope, price, milestones or completion dates must be confirmed in writing.

Requirements and priorities: consolidate requirements, changes and approvals through your appointed coordinator. Changes to previously approved requirements or priorities may affect scope, cost and delivery timelines.

Moving to Automation Support

Launch Pack clients can shift directly to Automation Support after completion, without a DME/MIS subscription.

DME/MIS clients can move when active development is complete and daily MIS work has ended or transferred in-house.

Support coverage, allowance and response expectations are agreed at onboarding. New development, major redevelopment or daily MIS work requires a separate arrangement.

Integrations, data & training

Third-party integrations: WhatsApp, SMS and other external integrations are quoted and charged separately according to requirements. Integration development and setup charges, provider subscriptions and usage charges are additional to service or package prices.

Data accuracy: the client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of supplied data. Incorrect or incomplete inputs may produce incorrect reports or results. Data cleanup and correction are included only where agreed in scope.

Training: included sessions and participants are defined in the proposal. Additional sessions, repeat training or training for newly joined employees are charged separately unless expressly included.

Client-side modifications

Changes by client employees or other parties to sheets, formulas, scripts, permissions or system settings may affect performance.

Investigation and restoration are handled within agreed support coverage. Major repair or redevelopment may require a separate quotation.

Testing, acceptance & later requests

The client must test each delivered tool against the agreed requirements and provide consolidated feedback within the proposal’s specified review period.

Completion and rollout approval must be confirmed in writing. Issues reported later are assessed against approved scope and applicable support or warranty coverage; new requirements are treated separately.
