Services
What is Diya Automation?
Diya Automation builds and manages Google Workspace and Apps Script systems that help businesses reduce manual tasks, connect workflows and improve reporting.
We offer three main services: Outsource DME & MIS, Automation Support and the Launch Pack.
Which service should I choose?
- Outsource DME & MIS: for ongoing new-system development, improvements and defined MIS work.
- Automation Support: for maintaining and making minor improvements to existing systems.
- Launch Pack: for developing and rolling out a fixed, agreed bundle of business tools.
Is consultation a separate service?
Consultation is included in both recurring services— DME/MIS and Automation Support—and in the Launch Pack. It is not listed as a separate main service.
What does Outsource DME & MIS include?
It includes all Automation Support services, consultation, meetings, system development, improvements, testing, rollout, training and defined MIS work.
Plans provide daily new-system development capacity plus support for older systems within agreed coverage. Development priorities and MIS workload are agreed at onboarding.
Systems may include any business-related tool or workflow. Small workflows do not require individual quotations. Completion depends on complexity and timely client inputs.
What does Automation Support cover?
Consultation, support meetings, troubleshooting, bug fixes, agreed monitoring and minor improvements to existing systems.
Covered systems, support allowance and response expectations are agreed at onboarding. New systems and major redevelopment require DME/MIS, a Launch Pack or a custom arrangement.
Can I try one tool before choosing a plan?
Yes. The Single Tool Trial is a paid engagement for one agreed tool. Scope, custom price, delivery, training, support period and payment milestones are agreed in one quotation.
Other project-based requirements receive a customized proposal.
Pricing & payments
What are your monthly service prices?
Applicable GST and third-party charges are extra. Daily development capacity excludes Sundays and holidays.
What are the quarterly and yearly prices?
- DME/MIS Essential: ₹60,000 quarterly or ₹2,40,000 yearly.
- DME/MIS Extended: ₹1,20,000 quarterly or ₹4,80,000 yearly.
- DME/MIS Full Day: ₹1,50,000 quarterly or ₹6,00,000 yearly.
- Automation Support: ₹22,500 quarterly or ₹90,000 yearly.
These are totals for the selected billing period, payable in advance. Applicable GST and third-party charges are extra.
How is daily development capacity defined?
Essential provides 2 hours/day, Extended provides 4–5 hours/day and Full Day provides a full working day. Sundays and holidays are excluded.
Daily slots, the 4–5 hour allocation and the full-day duration are agreed at onboarding. Older-system support is within agreed coverage, not unlimited additional capacity.
Is there a minimum commitment for DME/MIS?
New DME/MIS engagements have an initial 3-month commitment. Recurring plans are payable in advance for the selected billing period.
Work follows agreed priorities within plan capacity. Additional requirements move to the next available slot or an agreed upgrade.
Are GST and third-party charges included?
No. Applicable GST and third-party subscriptions or usage charges are extra for all services.
WhatsApp, SMS and other external integrations are quoted separately. Integration development and setup charges are additional to service or package prices, along with provider subscriptions and usage charges.
How do renewals, pauses and cancellations work?
Changes, pauses and cancellations to recurring plans must be confirmed at least one month before renewal. Prepaid-period adjustments are specified in the proposal.
Launch Pack pauses, cancellations and payment adjustments are specified separately in its proposal.
What happens if payment is overdue?
Overdue payments may pause further work after written notice. All developed or rolled-out systems remain accessible.
Support after cancellation or after the included support period is paid unless covered by an agreed warranty.
Launch Pack
What is the Launch Pack and how much does it cost?
The Launch Pack is a fixed-price bundle for companies that want their agreed business tools developed and rolled out through a coordinated implementation plan.
The price is ₹1,51,000 one-time for the complete agreed package, paid in one upfront payment. Applicable GST and third-party charges are extra.
Is the Launch Pack price monthly or for the entire rollout?
₹1,51,000 covers the complete agreed package. The selected 3 or 6-month period is the implementation timeline, not a recurring billing term.
The rollout period is agreed before work begins, depending on tool count, complexity, integrations and implementation needs.
Which tools can be included in the Launch Pack?
Agreed tools may include:
- Checklists and task delegation.
- Key Result Area (KRA) tracking.
- MIS dashboards and reports.
- Operational trackers.
- Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
- Follow-up engines and other agreed workflows.
Only agreed tools are included. The proposal confirms the final tool list, milestones, client inputs, acceptance criteria and included support period.
What is included during implementation?
Consultation, requirements planning, development, testing, phased rollout, training and handover, with support and improvements within agreed scope.
Daily development-hour allocations do not apply. Routine daily MIS operations are included only if expressly specified.
Can I add tools or change the Launch Pack scope?
Added tools, major scope changes or an accelerated schedule require a separate quotation and written agreement.
Work follows the agreed tool list and milestones. Changes to scope, price, milestones or completion dates must be confirmed in writing.
Can I move directly to Support after the Launch Pack?
Yes. After completion, Launch Pack clients can move directly to Automation Support at ₹7,500/month, plus applicable GST and third-party charges.
A DME/MIS subscription is not required for this transition. Support coverage and allowance are agreed at onboarding.
DME/MIS clients can move to Support when active development is complete and daily MIS work has ended or transferred in-house.
Working together
How do I get started?
Send an inquiry describing your business, existing tools, requirements and priorities. We’ll help define the scope and the suitable engagement.
What do you need before work begins?
- Billing details: company legal name, billing address, GSTIN if applicable, and billing contact.
- Company logo: a clear, high-resolution logo for brand colors and agreed documents.
- Dedicated Workspace account: a separate development account under your company domain, with secure team access.
- Authorized coordinator: one person to coordinate requirements, inputs, priorities and approvals for your company.
Do not share passwords in the WhatsApp group. Administrative control must remain with authorized company administrators.
How are requirements and approvals coordinated?
Your appointed coordinator joins the project WhatsApp group and consolidates requirements, changes, inputs, priorities and approvals on behalf of your company.
Changes to previously approved requirements or priorities may affect scope, cost and delivery timelines.
How long will development take?
Completion depends on complexity, agreed scope, available plan capacity and timely client inputs. Launch Pack rollout is agreed as 3 or 6 months before work begins.
Delayed access, data, feedback or approvals may require revised delivery dates for affected work.
Is training included?
Training is included in DME/MIS and the Launch Pack within agreed scope. Included sessions and participants are defined in the proposal.
Additional sessions, repeat training or training for newly joined employees are charged separately unless expressly included.
Who is responsible for data accuracy and cleanup?
The client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of supplied data. Incorrect or incomplete inputs may produce incorrect reports or results.
Data cleanup and correction are included only where agreed in scope.
How are delivered tools tested and accepted?
The client tests each delivered tool against the agreed requirements and provides consolidated feedback within the proposal’s specified review period.
Completion and rollout approval must be confirmed in writing. Issues reported later are assessed against approved scope and applicable support or warranty coverage. New requirements are treated separately.
Access & handover
Where are the tools developed?
All tools are developed within your company’s own Google Workspace domain. Your company retains administrative access to the development account and its files throughout the engagement.
Will we receive the tools and source code?
Yes. Each completed tool and its source code are handed over upon completion, so access remains with your company during development and after delivery.
Will our systems remain accessible after cancellation?
All developed or rolled-out systems remain accessible. Further support after cancellation or the included support period is paid unless covered by an agreed warranty.
What happens if our team changes a delivered system?
Changes to sheets, formulas, scripts, permissions or settings by client employees or other parties may affect system performance.
Investigation and restoration are handled within agreed support coverage. Major repair or redevelopment may require a separate quotation.
Tools & integrations
Can you build tools for our specific business process?
Yes. Systems may include any business-related tool or workflow within the agreed scope, such as trackers, checklists, task delegation, HRMS, follow-up engines and MIS reports.
Requirements, priorities and delivery are agreed according to your selected engagement.
How can Sheets, Forms and Apps Script help our team?
Depending on your requirements, we can build workflows that collect inputs, update trackers, generate reports, send notifications and connect your business tools.
The specific functionality, integrations and operating requirements are confirmed in the agreed scope.
Can you develop MIS dashboards and reports?
Yes. Agreed systems may include Google Sheets or Looker Studio dashboards, operational reports, KPI tracking and other MIS requirements.
Metrics, data sources and update requirements are defined during planning. Routine daily MIS operations are included in a Launch Pack only if expressly specified.
Can you integrate WhatsApp, SMS or other platforms?
External integrations are assessed and quoted according to requirements. Integration development and setup charges are additional to service or package prices.
Provider subscriptions and usage charges are also extra. The proposal confirms the agreed integration scope and charges.
